Notifying coworkers of a parked call

After you park a call, you can message your call park group members to notify them. The default message for parked call messages is: You have a call from Ext.<extension number> at <park location name>. To pick up the call, click here. You can customize this message.
Before you begin
Ensure that the call park group is present in your HUD.
  1. On the side menu bar, click the Phone tab.
  2. In the Phone side pane, click the HUD tab.
  3. On the main page, next to EXTENSIONS, click the Filter IconPark locations.
  4. Hover over your park location and click the Message icon.
  5. On the Notify by message window, in the Members field, type the name of your contact or email address.
  6. Customize the message text.
  7. Click Send.
