You can log into Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App using your Google credentials after your account administrator assigns your extension and enables the Use email to log in feature.
Note:
To use Google login for Avaya Cloud Office™, your registered email must be a Google email address. If you cannot log in using your Google credentials, contact your account administrator.
Start Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App.
On the welcome page, click Sign in.
On the Sign in page, click Google.
On the Sign in with Google window, do one of the following:
If the account listed is yours, select your Google account.
If the account listed is not yours, click Use another account and type your email address.
