Adding an extension to your HUD

Add extensions to the list of HUD extensions you monitor. You can add up to 100 HUD extensions and monitor them simultaneously.
Before you begin
Make sure you enable HUD for Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App.
  1. On the side menu bar, click the Phone tab.
  2. In the Phone side pane, click the HUD tab.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays your HUD extensions in the center pane.
  3. Next to EXTENSIONS, click the Add Contact icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the Add extensions window.
  4. In the Contacts field, enter your contact name or extension number.
  5. Click Add.
  6. To remove an extension, do the following:
    1. Hover over the extension and click the Delete post icon.
    2. In the confirmation window, click Remove.
      STEP RESULT:
      Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App removes the extension from your list.
