In Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App, you can send messages to your contacts to have private direct conversations or participate in team conversations.

When you are on the Message tab, the side pane displays your pinned conversations, recent chats, and your teams. After selecting a conversation, the main page displays the chat history and the Message field that you can use to send messages.

With the message formatting options, you can structure your messages and communicate effectively. Hovering over messages displays the message interaction options that you can use to interact with sent messages.

You can also create tasks that help you track work items, organize events that synchronize with the calendars of the participants, and take notes in conversations that all members can view and edit.
