Add bookmarks to your conversation items to save items in a conversation and access them later.

Click the Message tab.
In the Message side pane, select a conversation that contains the item you want to bookmark.
On the conversation page, hover over the conversation item.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the context menu with the conversation features.
From the context menu, click and then click .
To remove a bookmark, hover over the item, click , and then click .
