Log in to your account using your email or your Avaya Cloud Office™ phone number or main company phone number. To log in with your email address, your administrator must enable the Use email to log in feature.
Note:
If you cannot log in using your email, contact your account administrator.
Start Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App.
On the welcome page, click Sign in.
On the Sign in page, in the Email or Phone Number field, type your email or Avaya Cloud Office™ phone number or main company phone number.
Click Next.
If you type a phone number, do the following:
Confirm your country.
In the Extension (Optional) field, type your extension number.
