Adding conversations to Favorites

Add a conversation to Favorites to pin it on the Message side pane. In Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App, conversations you add to Favorites are always visible, while the Direct messages or Teams folders display only the recent conversations.
  1. Click the Message tab.
  2. In the Message side pane, click the conversation to add to Favorites.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If the conversation is not visible, you can use the search bar to find and open it.
  3. At the top of the conversation page, click the add to Favorites icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App moves the conversation into the Favorites folder on the Message side pane.
  4. To remove a conversation from Favorites, click the conversation and then click the Remove from Favorites icon.
