Use a meeting ID, name, or link to join Avaya Cloud Office™ meetings through your browser. You can join meetings with or without logging in to Avaya Cloud Office™ Video.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have the meeting ID, name, or link to the meeting you want to join.
  1. Go to https://app.cloudoffice.avaya.com/.
  2. To join a meeting without logging in to Avaya Cloud Office™, do the following:
    1. Click Join a meeting.
    2. In the Meeting info field, type the meeting ID, name, or link.
    3. In the Name field, type your name.
    4. Click Join.
  3. To join a meeting after you log in to Avaya Cloud Office™, do the following:
    1. Click Sign in, and complete the login process.
    2. On the side menu bar, click the Video tab.
    3. On the Upcoming meetings tab, click Join.
    4. On the Join a meeting window, enter the meeting ID, meeting link, or personal meeting name.
    5. Click Join.
Result
Your Avaya Cloud Office™ meeting starts in your browser.
