Adding custom cover pages

Add custom cover pages to customize your faxes. After you add custom cover pages, you can preview, edit, or delete them from the template gallery. Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App supports cover pages in the DOCX format.
  1. Click the Fax tab.
  2. In the Fax side pane, click .
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the New Fax window.
  3. Click Cover page.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the template gallery.
  4. In the Custom cover page section, click Add cover page.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the Add a new cover page window.
  5. In the Cover page name field, type a name for your cover page.
  6. Click the Add icon or drag and drop your custom cover page template.
  7. Click Save.
  8. If you select a cover page, in the Notes field, provide additional information about your fax.
Result
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App saves the custom cover page as the default option.
