Making audio calls from the dial pad

Use the dial pad to make audio calls to external phone numbers or search your contact list for phone numbers and extensions. You can change your phone number to display a different caller ID when making calls.
  1. Navigate to the top header bar and click the Dial pad icon.
  2. To change your caller ID, in the My caller ID field, select a phone number.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App sets the outbound phone number as your default caller ID.
  3. In the Enter a name or number field, type the contact name or the phone number.
  4. Click the contact name or phone number to call.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App launches your call.
