The head-up display (HUD) is a call management interface that enables you to view and monitor your coworkers and phone system groups. For instance, you can monitor an extension, view the availability of your private call park locations, and see your delegated lines. The HUD interface is useful for delegates or managers tracking the calls of other user extensions.

By default, you can view your HUD interface from the Phone tab. If you cannot access the HUD interface from the Phone tab, you must first enable it from the settings.

The HUD interface supports monitoring of up to 100 extensions simultaneously. You can also make phone and video calls, send text and chat messages, and send faxes directly from the HUD interface.
