Viewing bookmarked items

You can view your bookmarked items on the Bookmarks page of the Message tab. Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays bookmarked items in the order you bookmark them.
  1. Click the Message tab.
  2. In the Message side pane, click the More icon and then the Bookmark icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the list of bookmarked items.
  3. To remove a bookmark, hover over the item and click Remove bookmark icon.
  4. To navigate to the conversation containing a bookmarked item, hover over the bookmarked item and click View in conversation.
