Deleting conversation folders

After you delete a folder, Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App moves all conversations to the following locations:
  • Direct messages for direct and group conversations
  • Teams for team conversations
You cannot delete the default Direct messages, Teams, or Favorites conversation folders.
Before you begin
Ensure that the show folders option is enabled in the Message side pane. If not, click the Show folders icon.
  1. Click the Message tab.
  2. In the Message side pane, navigate to the folder you want to delete.
  3. Hover over the folder name and click the More icon.
  4. From the context menu, click Delete folder.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Delete.
