Creating new notes in conversations

Create notes that all the conversation members can view and edit. You and your team members can manage the posted notes with the built-in conversation features.
  1. Click the Message tab.
  2. From the Message side pane, select a conversation.
  3. On the conversation page, click the New note icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    displays the note creator.
  4. In the Title field, type the title for the note.
  5. To create a header, click Normal and select a header level from the list.
  6. In the Create your note here field, type the note text.
  7. To add the note, at the top corner, click the Send message icon.

Note formatting options

Prolog information
You can use the text formatting options to customize your notes. You can apply multiple formatting options simultaneously. To stop formatting your note, click the selected option again.
You can also use the keyboard shortcuts to format your notes. For example, you can press Ctrl + B to use the bold font. To see the shortcut for an option, hover over the option icon.

Organizes the note text in a bulleted list.

Increases indent.
the Decrease indent
Decrease indent
Decreases indent.
the Text alignment icon
Text alignment
Changes the note text alignment. You can align the text right, left, center, or justify the text.
the Insert link icon
Insert link
Inserts a link to the text. You can also select a section of the text and click the Insert link icon to embed a link to the selected text.
the Insert image icon
Insert image
Inserts an image.
the Table icon
Table
Inserts a table. You can also use this icon to edit an existing table.

Insert horizontal line
Inserts a horizontal line.
the Code icon
Code
Inserts a black code block for sharing code.
