You can put a call on hold to temporarily pause your conversation and resume your call later.
Before you begin
If the dial pad is not visible, navigate to the top header bar and click the Dial pad icon.
  1. During an active call, on the dial pad, click the Call on hold icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App places your call on hold.
  2. To resume your call, click the Call unhold icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App resumes your call.
