Use the search field to search for messages and locate conversation items. You can filter the search results by their sender, posting time, posting location, or type. The type filter includes the following options:
Messages
Events
Files
Links
Notes
Tasks
Code snippets
At the top header bar, click the search field.
In the search field, type your search query and press Enter.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the matching results in their corresponding tabs.
To filter the search results, in the Filters section, edit the following fields:
Posted by
Posted in
Type
Time posted
To navigate to a specific message, hover over the message and click View in conversation.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Cloud Office Desktop App displays the conversation containing the message and highlights the message for three seconds.
