If you use an Avaya Aura® Device Services cluster in Avaya Aura® environment, you can pair Avaya Aura® Device Services nodes with Session Manager instances to provide a redundant storage for SIP data.

The procedures in this chapter are not applicable for Avaya Aura® Device Services deployments in an environment without Avaya Aura®.
