The Bouncy Castle FIPS Java API is a comprehensive suite of FIPS-approved algorithms implemented in pure Java. All key sizes and modes are implemented to allow flexibility and efficiency. Additional algorithms are available in non-approved operation as well.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenSSL Cryptographic Module

The OpenSSL FIPS Runtime module is a general purpose cryptographic library designed to provide FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic functionality for use with the high-level APIs of the OpenSSL library.
