Uninstalling the system layer

About this task

Use this procedure to uninstall the software-only system layer from RHEL.

This procedure does not apply to OVA-based deployments.

Before you begin

Uninstall the Avaya Aura® Device Services application.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the RHEL as the root user using an SSH connection.
  2. Go to the /root/aads-swonly-AADS_RELEASE/ucapp-swonly-system-<SYSTEM_LAYER_VERSION> directory.

    For example: cd /root/aads-swonly-8.1.3.0.0/ucapp-swonly-system-1.0.0.0.4

  3. Run the following command:

    ./swOnlyUpdate.sh --uninstall
