Application Enablement Services (AE Services) is a software platform that allows Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity to interact with Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) applications. You must ensure that the AE Services server is connected to AESi on the Routing Core Server and the CTI link and licensing settings are correct. If the connection or licensing issues occur on the AE Services server, you cannot use CTI applications.
