To access the solution upgrade files, untar the archive. The time for unpacking the archive depends on your CPU capacity.
<tag> is a unique identifier of your upgrade archive.
Open the console on the active Configuration Server.
Use the SSH client to log in to the active Configuration Server.
cd <working directory>, where <working directory> is the path to the working directory that contains the upgrade archive.
cd <working directory>
<working directory>
tar -xvf aocle_routing_<tag>.tar.gz
The command untars the contact center configuration packages into your working directory.
