You can access the mib file on the Configuration Server. You must update the MIB file whenever the Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity alarms are updated.
Procedure
Log in to the Configuration Server.
In the address bar of your browser, type the following URL:
https://<Configuration Server IP address>:7005/ata/mib
Configuration Server displays the contents of the MIB file.
