On the Maintenance Shell console, you can perform the maintenance operations for one, several, or all configured contact center endpoints. You can view endpoints configuration and status details, busy out, release, reload, and reboot an endpoint.
You can view the following details:
Endpoint IP address, extension, domain, and state
The login ID of the agent logged in to the endpoint
The configured and registered set type for the endpoint
The initial registration time of the endpoint
The number of active endpoint subscriptions
You can perform maintenance operations for certain endpoints by specifying the endpoint ID or ID range.
