Viewing SIP server details

About this task

View the list of all configured SIP servers on the Routing Core Server with their status details. You can view the following details:

  • The SIP server identification number and name

  • The IP address of the SIP server

  • The SIP server status

  • Last probe UTS

You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • To view information on all configured SIP servers, run the mtc list sip-servers command.

      The Maintenance Shell displays the list of all SIP servers that you configured on the Configuration Server with the server status details.

    • To view details for specific SIP servers, run the mtc list sip-servers <SIP server ID> command.

      The Maintenance Shell displays the status details for the specified SIP servers.
