Agent maintenance

On the Maintenance Shell console, you can perform the maintenance operations for one, several, or all configured contact center agents. You can view agent configuration and status details.

You can view the following details:

  • Agent login ID

  • Agent name

  • The endpoint extension that the agent uses

  • Agent skill number and level

  • Agent state

  • The communication channel type

You can perform maintenance operations for a particular agent by specifying the agent login ID or the agent name.
