Maintenance task fundamentals

Maintenance of Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity includes supporting the contact center components and objects, such as agents and VDNs. You can perform the following maintenance tasks:

  • Upgrade the contact center components

  • Manage log files

  • View all contact center components and objects

  • View the status details of the contact center components and objects

  • Busy out and release links between the contact center components

  • Manage endpoints

  • View the software version

You can perform maintenance tasks on the Configuration Server using the Maintenance Shell. You can also use the AE Services management console to maintain the AE Services servers.
