The CMSi validation fails with an error message: Validation failed. Restarting CMSi in 30 Seconds.
Cause
The selected CMSi version does not support the configured trunk group and skill values.
Solution
Procedure
On the Contact Center Administration navigation menu, ensure that configuration values for the trunk groups and skills are within the limits of the selected CMSi version.
