The OpenSIPS service manages the SIP sessions in the contact center. OpenSIPS listens SIP traffic from UDP, TCP, TLS and SCTP. The OpenSIPS service handles SIP messages in multi-process mode. SIP endpoints register via TCP or TLS. The TCP connection between registrar and endpoint is persistent and preserved by registrar until the registration expires.
