Viewing skill statistics

About this task

You can view skill statistics for the agents with assigned skills and calls in a particular skill queue. For example, you can view the following details:

  • ACW time

  • The number of available agents and agents on call

  • The number of declined and answered calls

  • The number of calls that are in a queue

  • The longest Idle state time

  • Tenant name

You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
  2. Run the mtc monitor skill <skill id> command.

    The Maintenance Shell displays the skill statistics.
