VDN maintenance

On the Maintenance Shell, you can perform the maintenance operations for one, several, or all configured contact center VDNs. You can view VDN configuration and status details.

You can view the following details:

  • VDN extension and name

  • Vector number and vector name

  • Skills to which a call is routed if an agent cannot answer the call

  • Number of routable calls

You can perform maintenance operations for a particular VDN by specifying the VDN name or extension.
