On the Maintenance Shell console, you can perform the maintenance operations for one, several, or all configured contact center vectors. You can view vector configuration and status details.

You can view the following details:

• Vector number

• Vector name

• Number of total steps

• Number of queue-to steps

You can perform maintenance operations for a particular vector by specifying the vector number or name.
