About this task
View the list of all the configured contact center endpoints and their status details.
The endpoint can have the following states:
Offline: The endpoint is offline.
Registered: The endpoint is registered.
Busied out: The endpoint is busied out and cannot make calls and activate any services, such as Service Observe or VuStats.
Online: The endpoint is online.
Unknown: The current state of the endpoint is unknown.
You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.
