Releasing a SIP server

About this task

Release the SIP servers that you put to the maintenance busy state. After you release the SIP server, all the services become available.

You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.

Before you begin

Obtain the server ID using the mtc list sip-servers command.

Procedure

On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
To release a specific SIP server, run the mtc release sip-servers <SIP-server ID> command.
To ensure that the SIP server is released, check the server status details.
