On the Maintenance Shell console, you can perform the maintenance operations for one, several, or all configured contact center skills. You can view the skill configuration details.
You can view the following details:
Skill group number
Skill name and type
Queue limit
EBP status
The number of logged-in, administered, and free agents within this skill
The number of calls in the skill queue
You can perform maintenance operations for particular skills by specifying range of skill group IDs or skill names in the command.
