AE Services connects CTI applications and the Routing Core Server through CTI links. On the Maintenance Shell, you can view the connection details of all CTI links on the Routing Core Server, put the CTI links to the maintenance busy state, and release them.
You can view the following details:
CTI link name, service state, and version
The server to which the CTI link is connected
The remote port number that the CTI link uses
The number of sent and received messages
You can also perform the following maintenance tasks on the AE Services management console:
Stop, start, and restart the services and servers
View service and server status details
Manage the CVLAN and TSAPI links
Manage the DMCC sessions and devices
For more information about the AE Services server maintenance tasks, see the maintenance section in Administering Application Enablement Services for Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity.
