View statistics for each VDN. You can view the following details:

• The list of skills to which the VDN queues calls

• The number of offered and answered calls for a specific VDN

• The list of calls answered on each VDN that connects an incoming call to a queue-to skill vector

You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.
