The Maintenance Shell is a tool for performing maintenance tasks for Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity. With the Maintenance Shell, you can perform the following maintenance tasks:
View status details of the contact center components and objects
Busy out and release links between the solution components
Manage endpoints and agents
View the software version
You can access the Maintenance Shell from the Configuration Server. Log in to the Configuration Server web portal and the Maintenance Shell as an account or a tenant administrator with Contact Center Administration permissions.
