On the Maintenance Shell, you can view the connection details of all CMS links on the Routing Core Server, put the CMS links to the maintenance busy state, and release them.
You can view the following details:
CMS link name, service state, and version
The server to which the link is connected
The remote port number that the link uses
The number of sent and received messages
