Viewing device history

About this task

View device data that PPM stores in the database. You can view the following information:

  • Device update time

  • Endpoint ID and registration status

  • MAC address

  • Vendor, type, model, and version of the device

You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • To view information about all devices, run the mtc list device-history command.

      The Maintenance Shell displays the list of all devices with their details.

    • To view details for specific devices, run the mtc list device-history <device ID> command.

      The Maintenance Shell displays details for the specified devices.
