Upgrade command options

You can upgrade all solution components with basic configuration using the .installMega.sh upgrade all <upgrade file location> command.

You can also use the command options to upgrade the corresponding contact center components separately. You must upgrade contact center components in the following order:

  • easg: To upgrade EASG.

    For example, .installMega.sh upgrade easg /home/mega/DM_build/ upgrades EASG.

  • aes_licensing_only: To deploy AES in license only mode.

  • aes_standalone: To deploy AES on separate host.

  • mcs: To upgrade the Configuration Server.

  • ui: To upgrade the Configuration Server web portal.

  • mbx: To upgrade the Routing Core Server.

  • oversight: To upgrade Oversight.

  • aes: To upgrade the AE Services server.
