Use the mtc list vdn command to view a list of VDNs and their status details. You can view the VDN extension and name, vector number and name, number of waiting or routable calls, and the skills assigned to this VDN (For example, 1st skill, 2nd skill, 3rd skill).
You can also run maintenance commands on the Configuration Server console.
Procedure
On the Configuration Server web portal, log in to the Maintenance Shell console.
Do one of the following:
To view a list of VDNs, run the mtc list vdn command.
The Maintenance Shell displays a list of all VDNs configured on the Configuration Server with the VDN status details. The details include the list of skills assigned to each of the VDNs.
To view details for specific VDNs, run the mtc list vdn <VDN ID> command.
The Maintenance Shell displays the status details for the specified VDNs.
