Depending on the release you are currently using, you might need to perform several upgrade or migration procedures. For example, to upgrade Avaya Aura® Web Gateway Release 3.9 to 10.2.x, follow paths 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Avaya Aura® Web Gateway Release 3.11 and 10.2.x use different operating system versions. Therefore, you cannot upgrade from Release 3.11 to 10.2.x. You must perform a migration as described in this chapter. This requirement applies to all deployment types.
