The following table lists the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway alarms on System Manager for which you can configure threshold values.
Alarm |
Parameter in mss.start.sh |
Value range |
Alarm indicating that the number of remaining available server node, audio, or video licenses is less than the specified threshold expressed in percents. |
com.avaya.csa.servernode.licensing.warning.threshold.percentage |
0-100 percents The default value is 10. |
Alarm indicating that the average CPU usage exceeded the specified warning threshold expressed in percents. |
com.avaya.csa.audit.perf.warning.system.load.threshold |
0-100 percents The default value is 70. |
Alarm indicating that the average CPU usage exceeded the specified major threshold expressed in percents. |
com.avaya.csa.audit.perf.major.system.load.threshold |
0-100 percents The default value is 80. |
Alarm indicating that the average CPU usage exceeded the specified critical threshold expressed in percents. |
com.avaya.csa.audit.perf.critical.system.load.threshold |
0-100 percents The default value is 90. |
Note:
For the CPU usage alarms, Avaya Aura® Web Gateway firstly checks if the average CPU usage exceeds the threshold specified for a critical alarm, then the threshold for the major alarm, and then the threshold for the warning alarm. Therefore, Avaya Aura® Web Gateway will never raise warning or major alarms if thresholds configured for these alarms are higher that the threshold for the critical alarm.
