Redirection on Off-PBX Telephone Integration and Mobility (OPTIM) Failure (ROOF) occurs when a call does not present on the agent's OPTIM station. The ROOF redirection failure is applicable to agents that use SIP headphones or softphones administrated as Off-PBX Stations (OPS).
