This test determines if at least one media processor port is in service and serves the same region as the PROCR that the signaling group uses. If at least port one exists and is in service, the test passes. Otherwise, the test fails.

This test runs on H323-SGR (H.323 Signaling Group) and SIP-SGRP (SIP Signaling Group).
