Cause

The alarm receiver returned a negative acknowledgment for the TESTING INADS LINK message.

Proposed solution

Procedure

  1. Verify that the product IDs match in the customer’s switch and the alarm receiver’s database. Use the Maintenance-Related System Parameters screen to identify the product ID of the switch.
  2. Rerun the test.
