Note:

  1. Error type 1: A ping test to the remote office has failed and a MINOR alarm has been raised. When this error is logged, as many as 26 endpoints associated with that remote office and several H.323 signaling groups could be out of service.

  2. Error type 257: The response to a keep-alive update request exceeded the time limit for an endpoint. The error is a log-only error. It is not possible to determine which entity has failed.

    The aux data associated with this error indicates whether the endpoint that failed to respond was a DCP, analog, or signaling group type:

    • 1096 = Analog Line

    • 1095 = DCP Line

    • 6179 = H.323 Signaling Group
