Notes:
  1. The reference is not responding, and the 30-day timer begins. When the 30-day timer expires, the system enters No-License mode. For more information, see NO-LIC (No License).

  2. Error type 513: The license has expired, and the 30-day timer has started. When the 30-day timer expires, the system enters No-License mode.

    • Prior to Communication Manager R10.2.1.1, if the 30-day grace period expires before a valid license file is installed, Communication Manager enters the License Restricted mode. In this mode, the Communication Manager blocks only the system administration activities.

    • Beginning with Communication Manager R10.2.1.1, if the 30-day grace period expires before a valid license file is installed, Communication Manager enters the License Restricted mode. In this mode, the Communication Manager blocks call processing, including emergency calls, and system administration activities. This is applicable only for Main Communication Manager server. For Enterprise Survivable Server (ESS) and Local Survivable Processor (LSP), only the system administration activities is blocked.

  3. Error type 769: Feature use exceeds limits if the license has expired and the 30-day timer begins. When the timer expires, the system enters No-License mode

  4. Error Type 770: 12-Party Conferences and DCS (Basic) cannot be enabled together.

  5. Error type 1537: The License file is missing or corrupt. A countdown timer for a license error starts only if the previous state was License-Normal.

  6. Error type 1793: The current software version does not match the software version in the License File, and the countdown timer has started. When the timer expires, the system enters No License mode.

  7. Error type 2305: The Offer Category in translation does not match the Offer Category in the License File, and the countdown timer has started. When the timer expires, the system enters No-License mode. For more information, see NO-LIC (No License).

  8. Error type 2561: The license server did not respond in time during the last attempted License File audit.

  9. Error type 2817: Timer response timed out.

  10. Error type 3073: This Survivable Remote Server (the one reporting the LIC-ERR) is active because one or more gateways have registered with it. Follow standard practices to repair the primary server or servers or control network.

  11. Error type 3074: This Survivable Core Server is controlling one or more port networks. Follow standard practices to repair the Main server, servers, or control network.

  12. Error type 3329: Platform type/offer type mismatch.

  13. Error type 3335: Platform type does not match the hardware.

  14. Error type 3391: Platform type does not match server configuration.

  15. Error type 3584: Invalid Allocation License.

  16. Error type 3585: The Allocation License has an ESID/SID/MID mismatch.

  17. Error type 3586: Allocation License expired.

  18. Error type 3841: Application not found.
