The alarm receiver did not answer the test call.
Proposed solution
Procedure
- Verify that the alarm receiver is up.
- Verify the accuracy of the alarm receiver’s telephone number and the system’s product ID using the Maintenance-Related System Parameters screen.
- Enable alarm origination using the Maintenance-Related System Parameters screen.
- Test the SYSAM (System Access Maintenance) by entering test maintenance a | b.
- Retry the command.
