The Survivable Core Server maintenance object (MO) monitors the status of the Survivable Core Server feature.

On the Main server, the MO will:

• Monitor the registration status for all administered Survivable Core Servers. The command display survivable-processor list the administered Survivable Core Servers. The registration status of all Survivable Core Servers is initially checked approximately ten minutes after the Main boots up. Subsequent to this, the registration status for all Survivable Core Servers is monitored each time a Survivable Core Server registration status change is received at the Main server.

On a Survivable Core Server, the MO will:

• Monitor the registration status of the active server within a Survivable Core Server. Only the active server of a Survivable Core Server pair will register with the active Main server. The Survivable Core Server MO at a Survivable Core Server does not track the registration status of other Survivable Core Servers.
